Use WinRAR to extract the video by clicking on 1 rar file and extracting.

Use WinRAR to extract the files. Obviously, you must download and install the program first. It will ask you to register but I've had it over 2 years and never registered it and it still works.

Then just double click the .rar file and click 'Extract to' and select the destination and go. If there is multiple .rar files then they are probably numbered, just select the lowest number and it will automatically extract them all.

When I try to extract the file, it asks me for a password. Do passwords normally accompany these (.rar) files? Where do I find this password?

Some rar files are password protected for security reasons, they say. Not a lot, thankfully. Personally, I think it's a stupid idea. Who is the file by, eg ppnow, perpetual night, etc.? Maybe we can find it for you.
