Thanks i downloaded devhook 0.41d from that link, works well. However some of my ISO's dont work. In the menu part where you select your iso, there is nothing there sometimes when i put one in. This isnt the case all the time, just happens to be certain ones. Anyone got any idea's? I have tried changing the settings, but certain ones dont even show up so i cant select them???

You can also use Macrophage Phase 0.1. It's better than DevHook and it just came out!!! It emulates 2.60 FW and you don't even have to change out PRX files anymore!!!! Just kidding.
I wanted to add this tho:
DevHook v0.41d supports SLEEP mode. I shut Splinter Cell of for like an hour last night, came back to play it, turned it on and it worked! I like that. MUCH better than MPH could do, it appears.

I have found out what the problem was. I got the iso's and broke them down with UMDGen, well i just deleted the update file in them, then change the padding to UMD instead of standard iso, now they are seen in the listing and most work, which brings me onto my next point.....
I have 2 iso's which im trying at the mo Field commander & Capcom classics. Both are 2.60 firware (UMDGen tells you)neither will work, they are seen in the list, however, when i try and run them the psp just switches off. People claim to be able to play field commander, so what am i doing wrong? Can Devhook handle 2.60FW games?
If anyone knows a way around this problem can they let me know, with good instructions, id be very greatful.

OK have worked out the PRX swap thing and Field commander works fine now, thanks to this forum, but im still struggling with Capcom. I have tried adding Battlefront 2 PRX's as someone said, but no joy, i have also tried completely replacing them with BF2 PRX's again with no joy, anyone else got any suggestions???

There are lots of sets of Battlefront 2 prx's floating around, u ned the full set. I used the battle front 2 prx's and got it running perfectly the day devhook was released.
