It mean there's no hotspots(wifi areas) that are detected in the area.

instead of using google im going to help you out.

a "router" is a divice that lets you put your internet into a wireless signal. It attaches to your computer and is vital to laptops and your psp's internet.

you can usualy get a router at your local electronics store. ask someone that works there for one...and ask for a G or something that gets a good range.
