I want to downgrade 2.0 to 1.5 but all guides I have read talk about the GAME and PHOTO folders. When I connect USB I can see the PSP folder which I open, but no GAME and PHOTO folders!!
Do I just create these folders via USB?

either way you get the same result mate. make sure your folder names are in capital letters lol

on your psp...go all the way to the left in the settings....in one of the options, it will say format mem stick...it will create all the folders.... be careful to not have important stuff on the card your formating
