Need help with burning a pc game.

Allright. So I downloaded Age Of Empires III right? It's all in Bin and Cue files. I either need to know how to burn that on to a cd to install, or even better, a program to install it without burning. If anyone has any help, it would be much appreciated, thank you.

If you type in a couple of keywords in the search box, you usually will find the info you seek much faster than to post a message and then wait for someone to find it, I found all this just by typing in "bin cue burning".
