have tried to mod my xbox i dont have a microsoft dashboard or a modded dashboard and i have no modded xbox what do i?PS my mom says no tv untill i get it backPSS i cant open my xbox up or my pc

So throw us a bone here...
What is it doing when it starts exactly?..
If it goes to an error screen what is the number in the top left corner of the screen?
What did you do to try and mod it?
With the answers to those questions you may get a reply that will get it going again...

i tried to mod it when i turn my xbox on with no disk it says error code 13 in the top left corner i used 007 exploit but i dont know the name but the inssller menu was in spanish

@ FIHSNERD...what's that supposed to achieve? I thought you knew better than that.. everybody was new once.
@ mikeljohn.. Don't take any notice..
Right..it's just a dash error because the mod hasn't gone in properly.. First thing to do is boot the 007 disk again and see if you can load the save. If it loads then it's cured. Follow the menu's carefully.
If not try a fairly new live enabled game, make sure you aren't connected to the internet and go to the live account settings... If it says updating dash let it finish and you should be back where you started.. Otherwise if all that fails then you need to go here and read the guides. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/332766

Don't you have any but the 007?? You only need one for a few minutes to test a theory..maybe it'll work maybe not.. it's a bit 50/50. otherwise borrow or rent halo2

Tell ya what...forget all these people butting in with unconstructive "help" here... go here http://forums.llamma.com/index.php and I'll get you some one on one with an expert.
They are the experts on fixing unmodded boxes.. it's a shame the game didn't work as a fix but like I said it's 50/50.
Don't worry, it's fixable but you will have to open both the box and your pc. Explain to your mother that it's fixable but that's the only way it can be done. There is no risk to the pc whatsoever. As it's a software fault, and you haven't opened it, it's covered by any remaining warranty there may be.

usually the microsoft technicians can tell if its been modded though, its what happened to my friend, he ended up paying an extra 80$ for it. And yes I would reccomend going to the llama forums, that way you can get the help you need instead of "hehe your stupid"

thx for all the help but i have 2 choices either trade xbox with my friend or save money for 360 i think im gonna trade and say ma i fixed and make up a hi tech sounding exlpanation of how i fixed it

So you tried the 007 game?
Remember you must boot the game not just turn onm the boc chuck the disk in and let it go, You have to turn on the xbox put the disk in then turn it off then back on so it boots with it.

I think you might have a corrupted save..in which case the only other way without hotswap is to take it to a certified xbox repair place and they'll sort it out (for a good few $$)
Try the 007 a few more times..when the game boots you need to load the save that is called linux..I believe that's it.. Don't trust the 007 myself. Unless you can get that to fully install then agreed.. If a friend will trade you that's a good way to go.

im gonna guess and and say you modded ur xbox.oh yeah before this i modded correctly its just the unleashedx dashboard didnt show correctly it was scrambled so i tryed to get it of then this happened

You're right.. I chip and repair them as a business. Did you make the softmod recovery disk when you first modded it? With all the files in it that are supposed to be there..
9 out of 10 softmod mess ups are from trying to uninstall unleash after it turns out B+W or rolling.. I don't know why it messes up btu it's why I only ever use evox for the dash and unleash etc as applications.
Get back to us because I have had an idea about a possible way to recover it..

That depends where you are.. But just get somebody to stick a solderless chip in it for 5 minutes and do a restore to factory and you're done..
It's literally that simple.. There will be somebody near you who provides the service. I know from how you use words that you are on the other side of the pond from me.. lol
