Right now i am playing my ps2 on my pc threw the use of a tv tuner (ATI HDTV WONDER), but i and experiencing a delay between me clicking a button and seeing the action on the screen. i am looking into thouse composite to vga boxes so i can connect directly to my monitor. with this will i still get a delay?

i would expect them to if you get a good one. The delay comes from you computer, which could be faster.

Since a VGA box directly connects to your monitor, the delay (or latency) will be minimal (a few 100ths of a second at most).

A friend of mine does all his XBOX gaming on his PC monitor through a vga adapter and it looks perfectly find to me. I havn't heard of him complain once since he got it, and that was like 3 years ago.
