Yeah all firmwares 2.50 and above. If you go to your menu on your psp, above the web browser icon should be a locationfree icon

You have to have your PSP on the screen where it says:
Quote: Press and hold the [SETUP MODE] button on the base station rear until the [SETUP MODE] LED starts blinking. If you don not the press the button within 5 minutes, the operation will be cancelled.
Leave the PSP on that screen.
Then hit the SETUP MODE button on the BASE STATION, not the PSP.
