He was guesstimating. I think he was talking about:

PSP_GAME
UMD_DATA.BIN
and a READ ME

Just use UMDGen (depending on whether or not that aforementioned game is a 2.60) Take the PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.BIN and put them in UMDGen's biggest white screen located on the left. Hit save (should be a DISC icon almost like Windows) and choose the directory. It will save there and you will have your ISO. Put it in a folder called ISO on your MS and you'll need a launcher. All of us here use DevHook v0.41d. Look it up; you'll LOVE it! ^_^

Or he downloaded a 1.5 package of the game so it's ready to run on 1.5 without having to modify anything or download and setup the ISO loaders. So, it might have the files of the ISO loader and the ISO itself.

You're saying, for example, Ridge Racer and Ridge Racer% Along w/ the Ridge Racer folder for ms0, right? Man, I've always wanted to try that. Did you read my post about that? I had this great idea and no one commented on it. I never tried it tho. Maybe I should.

Thirst, check your PM.

I actually have the Syphon Filter ISO package that's setup like that. All I do is go to the Game Folder and hit a program and it loads up the game. It's got a SyphonFilter folder and a Syphon Filter% folder and 2 others. I don't have to deal with RunUMD, UMD Emulator, and/or MPH Gameloader.

No, I didn't read your post on that. It sounds interesting. You mind digging it up and posting a link?

What I'm saying though is that it may come with Devhook, Devhook%, and the ISO or the ISO, UMD Emulator, and MPH Gameloader.

on the folder that has 10 files in it, double click the file that says file_1 or however it's listed. (Since this is FIFA, File_1 should be inside the folder called FIFA. w/e I'm confusing the issue. Just double click the top file labeled something to the extent of "File_1") The ISO will take like 60 seconds to auto-compile. On the other ones, I don't know. I'll have to read your post again.

What are the exact names of the 10 folders with the % at the end of them?

Is there an ISO inside the SFALPHA3 Folder?

Um, I don't know. I think you lost me. Are you saying inside the PSP folder - the one that should still be .RAR? That's weird. If it's unRARed, then I'm lost. Actually, I'm lost even if it IS RARed. Sorry, dude. I'll have to let someone else help you.

HOLD THAT - unRAR the X folder, put that one in the root of your Memory Stick. (The first screen you see when you bring up your PSP on the PC) Keep it there.

It depends on what's inside the PSP folder. You already have one on your PSP, so you're not gonna wanna replace it. Take all of the folders inside the PSP folder - both the regular ones and the ones w/ the "%" symbol and put those in the PSP folder on your PSP. But you wanna make sure you unRAR the folder. This is very important. Then put the SFAlpha folder in the root of your memory stick as well.

Try launching each of teh icons that show up in the GAME menu (the icon which is located UNDER the UMD disc icon when there is a game in the drive)

see what happens. I am only guessing, but I think each individual folder (all 5 different ones - there are 10, but 2 folders of each one of the 10 have the same name so that makes it 5 parts* - see bottom of page) correspond to diff parts of the game. So when you get done w/ one part of the game, it may freeze and shut down. (Again, I don't know) but then at that point, (if that were to actually happen) fire up the PSP again, go into that menu and try launching the next one. Did you say the folders inside the PSP folder (The one that is NOT on your PSP) are listed by number. Well, then, launch them in order. ?? That's my best guess.

Since I've never tried that, I can't really help except by guessing.

Good luck, dude.

It's just like running homebrew.

Say you have

File_1

you're then going to have a file called:

File_1%

These two together are ONE file. The relate to EACH OTHER.

That's why I was saying you have 10 folders but 2 of each of the 10 are teh same, so you really have 5 sets.

did that help?

@evil_tag - don't mean to confuse the situation even more but why dont u just play the game using the 3 folders you got? - Seems to me that it should work if you place them in the right place. (If they are tne right folders) Alot of games out there aren't in iso format and are working just fine.

Yeah, x folder in the root of ms and SFALPHA and SFALPHA% in the PSP/GAME directory, assuming that's the way he has the files
