Multimedia Studio works on 1 phone but not other 2

greetings all,

I've followed all of the edits/seems to a tee to activate the Multimedia Studio in MPT 4.21a. It worked great on my phone and when I launch the program I am able to see all of the folders on my phone and add/delete ringtones and wallpapers.

However, when I try to do my wife's and my mom's phones (both e815) I see the Multimedia icon on both, but when I launch the MS program from within MPT, both options in the middle of the screen (PC to phone, phone to PC) are greyed out and I do not see the phones folders.

I've done everything exactly the same for all 3 phones so why does it work on mine but not the other two?

any help would be much appreciated..
