I can anser this one hahaha.....go with Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim 8X DVD-rs, cheap and the best media on the market

Im sure you can At Best Buy, not sure about Walmart. You will not find prices even close to what supermediastore offers if you go to a store though. You never are sure the quality of the DVDs when you buy them at a store, and the disks at SMS are 100% authentic.

I can tell you that the NEC 3530 does burn DVD-R My old one does just fine. It has a problem with +rw though.

Yep, thats all you need. If u dont want to buy a fliptop, u can just but the Swap Magic set and use the tape and tissue mod to do the same thing the flip top does, plus its free!! Heres the link if you are interested:)

Didnt mean any disrespect PeasInAPod. I agree with you, and there are much less conspicous ways to ask for help backing up. I dont support renting a game and then copying it, but he is going to do it regardless.

Stang..he's on about the first post.. And yes is the answer..it's spot on..
As for DVD-R, pretty any ritek, ridata Ty's or verbatim will do the job fine. See if you can get a few free samples. or only buy small batches until you find ones your drive likes.

Sorry jan, i dont read minds like you do lol. At this point, I dont even remember the first post. One word posts rub me the wrong way, especially when it refers to something posted a while ago. Glad you knew what he was talking about, because I had no idea in hell what "better" referred to:D I wont say im on the same level as the_fiend, but stuff like that really pisses me off.
