I just downgraded my psp to version 1.5 to play a downloaded game on fastloader. Now i cant play GTA the umd coz of version 1.5 if i upgrade to version 2.00 will i still be able to play on fastloader my downloaded game???????

No, but you can play GTA on 1.5 using a variety of different method.
