WTF? GTA: LIBERTY CITY STORIES. They're the same thing.

Download this: http://files.fanjita.org/psp/eloader097_nocache.exe
It's an automatic eloader installer. Put your PSP in USB mode and run the .exe

Yes, you need the UMD of GTA. Buy one off eBay. The ones in stores require 2.6 firmware and block the GTA exploit.

Shew.. thanks for that, I was about to go out and buy one from Wal*Mart. Do you know any links that have complete and thorough steps on doing this.. after installing GTA? Because, I have a feeling that, if you don't know any, you'll be getting aLOT more impatient than you already are.. X_x
