Nah, it's never happened to me. I know some people who know some people who sent consoles down there to be modded, and never got them back. Why you would send something electronic to Mexico, especialy to be modded, I don't know.
Do they even have electricity in Mexico?

of course they have electricity...why would u send ur console to mexico?!!??
u gotta go down there...when i went they told me they could do that for me....
they also sell pirated games for ps2, and x box, and x box 360
but they only work if u have that mod chip in the console...im gonna get it installed in my x box next time i go... then i get unlimited $3 games!!...or they said they could download the games on to the x box's hard drive...

check out pspblender.com
go to the faqs...and choose the question that says...what firmware is supported...it says all...but for 2.7 it needs the chip
they have a "special loader"
i need someone's else's opinion...do u think this is a fake?

The mod chip is for all firmware versions, but you really only need it if you have a 2.01+, meaning YOU NEED IT!!! You are getting the opinions of people who know a little about the psp, take it or leave it.

Heres how sites like that work. You pay them ash, becaue they offer unlimited downloads and all the bs. But all they do is give you the heads up about torrents, which anybody with half a brain nows about anyway. So you are paying for illegal downloads, which means you are a true sucker if you use their service.
