Nope, you can find the roms on your own. As for the emu, its still sucks, but u can find it at psp-hacks.com. Also stop typing in caps, its really annoying.
Not to increase my post count or anything, but typing in caps will get you nowhere in this forums, hell even this website. It also tends to turn people away from your threads and posts. Please take this into consideration, thank you very much.
My Opinion: Don't use that emulator because it runs very slow and has no sound. In it's current state it's worthless. There is a member over at PSPU that is working on it, trying to increase the emulator's speed and fps.
Stang: Check your PM, please. What I ask for in the PM isn't neccessary so if you don't wanna, skip it.
