Invalid DVD Navigation Structure

I have now backed up most of my DVD's but I am having some difficulty with STEALTH. I keep getting the error: "Invalid Navigation Structure". I had no problem with the bonus disc and this disc plays fine. Is there a work around?

Rip to HDD first using DVDFab Decrypter, then continue with DVD Shrink as usual....
