hi
i am going to buy a psp from someplace and i was wondering whether the new core system psp has v1.5 or 2.00, and do you know how where to download good snes,nes,sega genesis emulators from.

The new core systems have 2.5 and above. If you want a 2.0 or 1.5, try eBay or pawnshops. You can download that stuff from PSPUpdates.com, psp-hacks.com, psphacks.net, ps2nfo.com, and maxconsole.com. Those are also the main sites you wanna bookmark if your into keeping up with the latest homebrew releases and what not.

I like pspbrew.com, if you are a n00b you can use their brew pack beta gerneator to create an .exe that will put all the emus/homebrew where they need to be. As for getting a PSP...Try ebay or craigslist.org, if it is new in box and you want to know if it is 2.00 or earlier then you need the letter above the barcode, below PSP 1001K, to be A, B, C, D, or F.
