I want to boot launcherElf from the MC using PSX original game , is there any problem doing it on V4 console ?

So can I get a link to normal gamelist ?
from what I've found , it said only on V5 and above it works , or something like that...

I tried allready 3 PAL games on the NTSC console I have (I live in Israel , on PAL games sold here)
