can n e body help me, i;ve been downloadin videos for my psp but i don,t kno where to save them on my psp because it does not have a video file it only has folders such as COMMON PHOTO SAVEDATA ETC.

You must create a folder called MP_ROOT on your memory stick, beside the PSP folder.
And in MP_ROOT create another two folders called:

100MNV01 for videos with the file name M4Vxxxxx.MP4
100ANV01 for videos with the file name MAQxxxxx.MP4

wot so u save the videos in the files and it goes straight to the videos menu

The videos you downloaded might not even be in the proper format for PSP. It may say .MP4 but PSP movies have different headers and may need to be converted.
They should be placed like this:

MP_ROOT/100ANV01/MAQxxxxx.MP4
MP_ROOT/100MNV01/M4Vxxxxx.MP4

You may have to create the MP_ROOT folder your self.

if you dont want to go through that process...you can get Nero recode and it does all that for you

it can also reduce the size of the movie

Use Nero recode surly if your running below firmware 2.00, as Nero only encodes to MPEG4-SP at the moment.
If your V2.00 or higher you should be encoding in AVC.

Thats a million pound question Steve...
For me it has to be MeGUI with X264, if your new to this stuff and dont know much about AVI SYNTH SCRIPT, MeGUI is not for you, but if your willing to have ago at it, i,ll help ya through it, its the only way for the best encodes.

Other than that, PSPvideo9 is good...3gp Converter...VeMODE, (only encodes MPEG4-SP at the mo).
Most of the pay for software arent that good (i think anyway).
