everytime i try 2 go on the internet browser using my psp it says server timed out wat should i do

is it all set up properly to except other users to use the internet (ur psp) i dont no if this is any think like the wifi max but do you have to check the box that says allow other computers to share this internet connection?? (in network connections) i dont realy no much but i did muck around with my wifi max for a long time
