hi i have tryed to get my xbox and my pc networked usinf flash fxp but i am having problems. it used to work b4 i formatted my computerand now it wont so here are my stats:
xbox: ip. 192.168.0.200
subnetmask. 255.255.255.0
eveything elese is set to nothing and it is on static
i am using a cross over cable, username is xbox and password is xbox

pc: is set to auto detect

plese help plese help plese !!!!!!!

just change ur xbox ip to 192.168.1.103 but change the connection to static also then input this info into flash fxp along with the pass and username then when u want to connect back to xbox live change it back to original ip and change connection to dhcp simple. yah right.lol believe me it took me like 2 mo. to figure everythin out and have it work xbl name = nonfatflunky. happy moddin. =)

i have all ready said that it is on static and i dont think the problem is with my xbox i think that my pc is the problem.
so what do i need to do to my pc because it has been formatted
i know how to do the connect thing but it say there is no route to host thats why i think that my pc is the problem

so look over everything again, there has to be something you are missing. But i can tell you that when you snap back at people who are trying to help you, they will stop and your on your own.
You could also try setting everything up DHCP, that is how mine is.

If you mean your network card is set to automatically detect ip then change that to manually enter in an IP. I had this problem when mine was set to auto detect, it would not let me connect to host. Worth a try

dont use auto detect. use manual its a lot better. i explain further in my tutorial. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/359376
