when ever i play some games like SSX On Tour and Metal Gear Acid my PSP always asks me if i eant to quit the game like if i was to push the "Home" button?? and when i pick no it will either do it as soon as the game starts again, or it will wait a little bit before it does it again. It did it after i updated it from firmware 1.5 to 2.0. can anyone help me out or give me a little bit of a suggestion on what to do, please

Downgrade, then upgrade again. See if that fixes the problem. Either that or it might be that your Home button is messed up.

cant downgrade im stuck at 2.6 firmware, i dont really want to void the warranty of my PSP i still have like a year warranty.

Eh, opening up your PSP would be your best bet. Warranties are worthless for the PSP. I've never seen one break or malfunction.

Well if you don't have any dead pixels you got nothing to lose. Hell even if you do, you can put in a new screen while your fixing your Home button. *Hint Hint*

i only have about 3 dead pixles nothing real big and i only see them when it on like a loading screen
