V180-- can I start from scratch??

Hey all, I got a V180 about a year ago. About that same time I came across this site and kinda hacked into it a lil bit. Mainly adding my own ringtones and pics. But for some reason, its been a little screwy since. Like I cannot adjust my alarm settings (I can set the alarm, but not change the time or properties), if I scroll through my music files it will send me back to the main screen, just a bunch of weird stuff. Is there anyway I can restore everything that I might have accidentally deleted? I cannot remember deleting anything other than a few factory pics and ringtones, so I dont know what caused this havoc.
