Roker Issue after flashing HELP!!!

Hey every 1 I just recived a roker it was branded to cingular and I have t-mo. Long story short... iv been searching the forums left and rite for the past day and a half and im still getting stuck.. I flashed the phone with the rev monster pack and 2 other flashes but after reboot im still getting "subsidy unlock" requirement.

I tried calling up cingular but they are extremely difficult and are refusing me and t-mo doesent deal with cingular anymore.

Is there a flex or flash pack I can use to solve this. I want you use this roker on a t-mo service..


I need an unlock(subsidy) code after unsuccessful flash with revolution 4.0 please help
