Yes, with the ISO. You also need to apply a patch to it.

Download UMDGen 3.01.
Run the program and then drag your ISO into the program. Next go to Tools and click Apply PPF Patch. Select the ppf patch from wherever you downloaded it to your hard drive. Then after it patches the ISO go to File and click Save As ISO and name it whatever you want. Then you'll have your patched ISO.
