... if possible that is because i want one with leds maybe...any ideas? also ive already treid ebay.

You might want to try a slim computer fan and modify the Red & Black wire. Or y dont u just wire some leds in your ps2. =/

thanks for the info. i was also wondering if there is anyway i could mod a normal molex connector fan to replace it? and if anybody has a tutorial.thanks

It's not a very hard mod to do. All you would need is to cut the wires off of the new fan and solder the old connector in it's place. You will only need to solder the red and black. All others are unnecessary.

I'm more than sure that PS2 fans are 60mm and you can find those with LEDs. You may need to do a little bit or retrofitting though since the OEM Fans have tabs on the sides of them and well... Others will not.

thanku a might just do that a didn think it would be so easy. also ive been thinking for a while now about putting my ps2 in my dvd player case and was wondering if there is anyway to extend the ribbon or cables on the dvd drive or even solderer wire in their place? i also need to do this for the controller ports. thanx again for any info.
