Issues Updating Codelist with Action Replay Max

I attempt to update the codelist via the internet, but for some reason it fails to connect. I have ran the PS2 Network disk and have the network settings saved on my memory card.

My ARM DVD is store bought, I have no mod chip/software installed. My PS2 is less then a week old (got it Friday). Also my network uses a router but the PS2 Network CD was able to establish a connection and get out to the internet, so I know my router isn't blocking it.

I have attempted to set the settings myself in ARM and had zero luck nor will it load the PS2 Network Connection settings (When I tell it to Load Network Settings File it says it's not found). I have tried deleting both the Network Settings File and the ARM File from the memory card and redoing them with no effect.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so what steps did you take to fix it? Thanks in advance for any information you can give me.

I actually emailed the company that made armax about this problem and they told me that it was due to the version of armax I was using and they said to send in the disc so they can send me a new one but, I couldn't be bothered to go through all that so I suggest you contact them as well and they'll probably say the samething to you.
