Nero Vision Express for me also. Iv used allot of diffrent converters and always find my way back to Nero Vision Express.

Both ConvertXtoDVD And Nero Vision (found in Nero Ultra Edition) are Great Programs... VSO's ConvertXtoDVD is Cheaper and has a Super Simple User Friendly interface but on the other hand Nero Vision offers way more options such as Custom Menu's, Animated Chapter Buttons, and the Ultra Edition has everything you might ever need in an encoding to ripping aspect (well almost)... You can decide for yourself what your needs are by trying them both...
