as it seem the 3.0 will play PS1 games...i heard u will be able to buy them for cheap..howabout if i downloaded an ISO ...will it work as an hombrew that can run just on the 1.5 or is it goin to be any diffrent???

Most likely you'll pay for a game, download it then load in up via the psp menu.

I'm pretty sure that in the begining, the only option to get ahold of these games is going to be via the built in server.

Now for my thoughts, I believe they will be in a completly diffrent type of file other than ROM. They will have a certain encryption that only allows THAT AND ONLY THAT PSP to play it. This might pave the way to decyrption of the games into a much easier transferable file.
