Swap Magic 3 DVD keeps going back to PS2 browser

hi,

everytime i insert my swap magic 3 dvd boot disk, 2the ps2 will read it as it comes up in the browser. when i put my curser on it, it fades and acts like it is gonna load the s/3 program, but instead it just takes me straight back to the browser. is there anyway i can fix this? can i burn the swapmagic disk? anything will help. in the middle of an import copy (retailed) of Dirge of cerberus and i would like to play again sometime soon. thanks

I can tell you that you cannot burn swap magic.

I am having the same problem but with the cd disk not the DvD. It just keeps going back to the browser, and i have cleaned my lense with rubbing alcohol and adjusted the lens all the way around both clockwise and counter clockwise. Any help would be appreciated.
