after using AnyDVD then using DVD Shrink to copy dvd some dvds i cannot find main movie to bring over to decode are tjese just hidden or is there a way to still copy movie

Hello d2arace.

Are you in Re-Author mode? If so the main movie is under Main Title in the righthand window. Drag it to the lefthand window under Reauthored DVD. If you select a title and then click the play button on the player you can ID each video title by sight.

If you mean you're having trouble opening the DVD in Shrink, it depends on how you ripped to the HDD or whether or not you did rip. If you want to process directly from the DVD, then select Open Disk. If you ripped files to the HDD, select Open Files. If you ripped an ISO file to the HDD, select Open Disk Image under the File menu.

thanks for reply but my problem is that when time to move main movie title over there is not any large enoungh to be movie this is a sony disc movie

Make sure you are using the most current version of AnyDVD. What is the name of the movie?

What do you mean by this, are you ripping first with AnyDVD and then trying to open the file with Shrink, or just running AnyDVD behind Shrink? What movie are you trying to do, this info always helps.

Make sure AnyDVD is up to date and running.
Stick the DVD in DVD drive.
Open DVD Shrink.
Click the Open Disk icon and point to the DVD drive if necessary.
(Shrink goes thru an analysis phase)
Click the Re-author icon.

What is listed under Main Movie on the righthand side window?

pink panther was the movie from sony but after using AnyDVD 6.0.1.1 instead of older 5.o
it did find the main title
