I live in ENgland, and have a 2.01 firmware. i havent upgraded it since i bought it, as i have been running the GTA exploit on it, and the thought never occurred to me. However, now i would LOOOOOOOVE to upgrade to a 2.50 or a 2.60, but i cant seem to find the upgrade anywhere, only 2.71.
If anyone knows where i can obtain the afformentioned firmware, that would be awesome, and anyone else that can help with the matter ould be greatly appreciated.
Insert a UMD that requires 2.6 to play (fifa street 2 or any other)
Then the 2.6 update icon will appear under GAME, and so you can update to 2.6 that way.

HOwever, i havent got any games that require this high a firmware, bit short of funds at the moment, so i was hoping there was another way to do it.

I am not 100% sure, you may need to wait fro someone else to clarify this. It should work though.. Butu dont hold me to it, wait for extra clarification from someone else.
