when i download the 2.5 downgrader from pspupdates i get an eboot and thats it no folder or any of that so i tried puttin the eboot into my game folder but it didnt work somone plz help i need need to downgrade

ummm i dont get it do u mean that i have to make an update folder and then put the eboot into that folder? i went to psp hacks and just got this one file with everything in it so now i have the downdater on my root and i put the downgrade test into my game folder but it still dont work. when i select the downgrade test in my eloader menu my psp just shut off like the memory card light thing just goes solid then the screen shuts off and then i have to restart it
