Does anyone know how to transfer games from USB Extreme external HDD to HD Advance?

Don't quite understand the question.
Are you intending to put your USB extreme HDD into a Thick PS2 instead of using it with a slim ps2.?

No unless that would work? I have games on an external drive and use USBExtreme to play them. Now I bought a fat PS2 and put a drive in it. Can I put the games from the external drive onto the hard drive that I put in the fat PS2? If yes, How? Tried to create .ISO but no good there are 3 or 4 files for each game.
