Hey dudes!
I just downgraded my 2.6 psp to 1.5 firmware.
No I tried to load NesterJ, but it gave me an error.
Am I doing something wrong here?
btw....is there anything else besides emus worth running on an 1.5 PSP?

iso's of psp-games, more emu's, more homebrew....search for whatever it is your looking to do, or read the stickies at the top, there's tons of threads on these things.

ok....gonna read up on howto play isos.
Uhm....another question comes up.
it's about dumping stuff.
Is there by any chance an UMD dumper that can dump directly to my pc?
I have an 1gb memstick, but still...
What's the best (compatibility and speed) iso loading program?

ehh, they say to actually upgrade yr psp bak to 2.0 after downgrading from 2.5/2.6, then downgrade bak to 1.5. maybe that is why it dont work :-\
Electronics:
PSP Firmware History
2.0 -> 1.5 -> 2.71 SE-A -> 2.71 SE-B -> 1.5 -> 2.71 SE-B" -> 1.5 -> 2.71 SE-C -> 1.5 -> 3.02 OE-A -> 3.02 OE-B
Memory stick 4gb & 1gb

You can also customise your PSP, such as change the boot movie/sound and font, change the name of the XMB labels, change the X and O button, change your background etc. etc. etc..
However, this flashes your PSP and so could potentially brick your PSP, but there not much chance if you follow instructions word for word.

It's working like it should.
I got an isodumper so backing my stuff up should work.
Now let's get to playing iso's.
next step.
gonna read stickies and such now

Is this true after downgrading you need to upgrade then downgrade?

I didn't re-upgrade and re-downgrade.
Mine was a nice 1.5 right away.
Now I'm trying to get Daxter working with UMD Emulator, but no luck so far.
Anyone wanna help?
