it keeps saying cant load/start devhook and i put all the folders in the rite place someone help.. is it cause of the tool folder cuase i didnt put that anywhere cause i didnt know where to put it

tool folder? What are you talking about? Put the dh folder in the root, and the DEVHOOK/DEVHOOK% folders in the PSP/GAME folder.
