I need the two Splinter Cell softmodding files

Originally, I had mIRC and SmartFTP on my PC, and then I got the two files from distribution.xbins.org. But when I tried to drag and drop them into my Action Replay (and then to my memory card), AR said the saves were not valid.
If anyone can tell me why they're invalid or help me make them VALID, plz reply. Or if you can make an attachment and email it to me, that would be great.

actually, the two .zip files were located INSIDE a .rar file, so I think they should be fine. And besides, all of the tutorials for softmodding mention downloading that RAR thing, but they never say what to do with it... :(

look this happend to me too.....
on your computer go to C/Program Files/Datel/Saves/
there will be all the saves for AR in here find 2 that you dont want alright.....go into them and delete their contents and replace them with the save...do this with 2 saves...when you open up action replay go to the game that you switched out and drag them files over it will be the linux exploits instead of the hacked saves for that game...
moreless your just tricking AR into thinking that game is still there but really its the splintercell saves....pm me if you need more help on it...

OMG! thanks! I once tried taking some stuff out of the original AR saves (and putting them into the exploits), but I never thought of that!
I'll try it right now... I'll tell you if it works.
EDIT: *cry* it didn't work... alright maybe the problem is that the files don't work. I've heard that there are 3 SID files, but I have two. Mine are:
splinter_cell_exploit-PAL.zip
splinter_cell_exploit-NTSC.zip
Do you, by any chance have the third one?

go to my page i have the right splintercell NTSC saves just click my name on the left and then go to links.....and i wrote a tutorial on how to do what i told you it in xbox software discussion...

YES YES YES! I got a different softmod launcher file and it works! FINALLY DONE WITH STEP TWO OF SOFTMODDING!!!
