AnyDVD has no problems reading the disc. However, when I start the DVD Shrink encoding process a "programming error" or exception occurs. Any suggestions as to what I might do or another program I might use?

Hello.

Do you have DVD Shrink configured to burn automatically with Nero?

AnyDVD did work on that title. That's for sure.

Try ripping the disk with DVDFab Decrypter and open the ripped files in Shrink. If that doesn't work try processing the files through FixVTS or Vobblanker first and then Shrink.

Since you already have AnyDVD, use the AnyDVD ripper (right click on the Red Fox to see the Rip option) and then open the ripped files in Shrink.

i believe it only took old DVD Decrypter and shrink to handle this one.

@abrizend

Try using anydvd's ripping tool. Right click the fox head. And then open the files with Shrink and proceed as usual.

You'd think that they'd integrate FixVTS and VOBBlanker into DVDFab Decrypter! Oh well, that's what AnyDVD is for!

Incase you haven't found your answer, here's what I did. Used dvddecrypter to rip. Use VobBlanker to fix it, then DVDShrink to shrink. And use whatever program you'd like to burn it.

Here are 2 best FREE methods that will work 100% flawlessly, regardless if its' new released (ARccOS or RipGuard issues).

* DVDFAB Decrypter (12 minutes to rip)
* VobBlanker (5 minutes to process the VIDEO_TS.IFO and correct left over structural or BLANK out unwanted junks)
* DVD Shrink to transcode
* DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn (both FREE) or your desire engine to burn

or going with the new <RipIt4Me> route

* DVD Decrypter (12 - 15 minutes to rip)
* FixVTS (5 minutes to process left over junks)
* DVD Shrink to transcode
* DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn (both FREE) or your desire engine to burn

Good luck.
