Hi, and thanks to you guys who are so helpful!!
I have a

NOKIA 6030 b
IMEI 010712003368436

It's Cingular Service in the USA.

I purchased it as a GoPhone, now I need it unlocked. I tried one code but it didn't work.
Any help would be terrific!
