-first of all if i am in the wrong forum please tell me i am new and not familar with the afterdawn system yet- I need help getting socom 3 game for the ps2 online i have a wireless linksys system w/a linksys ps2/xbox gaming adapter,i have all my stuff-router,motem etc.. in the attic a long ways away from the TV i play on (although i do have comps hooked up farther away that work just fine),i have my wireless G gameing adapter hooked up and everything,but when i try and go online socom 3,it either says a timeout has occured check to make sure all your cables are hooked up-wich i did and they where- or sometimes it will say something like-network cable unpluged..i don't know what a network cable is but..i also tried hooking it up straight to my comp instead of my gaming adapter..i got the same responce when i tried to go online by the way i have direcway they are not compatable with xbox live but i have been online with ncaa 05 for ps2 with direcway..so i think it works with ps2..i have the new slim version of the ps2,if any of you can help me out on any of this i would greatly appreciate it,if you need anymore information please ask and i will try my best to awnser..thank you agian

Did you run the program on the game for setting up a network connection?
