There isn't a program that you can install files like that yet. The only way you can install movies is though a network, pen drive and cd (maybe DVD, i don't remember.)

I personally use a pen drive for all my file transfers. Rarely do I use any files bigger that 700 megs, movies for example, and my 1 gig pen drive handles the job well.

Since all the PS2 programming people have really perfected HDLoader and Launchelf, I'm sure that they will start working on a PC side HDD Explorer soon.

Well you would need to use Launchelf as your launcher. Launch elf has an option where you can browse through all your media, be it your memory cards or your pen drive. It gives you the ability to pretty much arrange your hard drive however you like.

The menu buttons are displayed on the launcher, so just read the directions. You might also want to get a copy of DMS's format tool. This is so that you will have a place to put larger files if you need to.
