Seems like either bad media or a bad burn. Can you provide more information?

Are these original disks, or ones that have already been backed up? Pink Panther and Ultra Violet have Sony ArccOS and Puppetlock protection on them, and Ultra Violet has a bogus VTS file. You would be better off using the AnyDVD ripper and checking remove blank/unreferenced cells so FixVTS can clean the file, then you can process with Shrink. Just right click on the redfox in your tray and choose DVD rip to HDD, and make sure the box is checked to remove the bad sectors. Failure to Launch has no new protection on it DVD Decrypter should be able to rip it on it's own.

Copying Originals produces few problems, and it is illegal to make backups of DVD you don't own.....
