I have a Motorola V551 and tried to unlock it - now I get the "contact Service Provider" when I try to use my new sim card. I have the USB cable, Motorola Phone Tools and the PST software. The phone tools works fine, but PST software can't seem to find my phone. Am I using the right tools to reset my phone so I can unlock it?
If not, what are the right ones, and how can I get them to work with my phone?
