Data from a PSX mem card, on a PS2, to a PC?

Okay i have a little bit of a problem with my psx game Heart of Darkness.

Im running it on a PS2 and it is a backup copy,

the method i have used to run it is, Swap Magic 3.6 > Launch.elf > PSX game,

anyways since my PS2 is not modded, when i need to place in Disc Two, it doesn't let me because it automaticly ejects the PSX Disc

So I wanted to either save my current save file from the PSX memory card to my computer, so i can save my game at the first point of CD2 with my PSX emulator (then send the new save file back to my PS2)

Or

Download a Save file from Game F.A.Q s, and send it to my PSX card...

I Usually use Action Replay Max Evo when i need to do stuff concerning my PS2 mem card (save the file to USB key then to PC)

but it doesn't recognise the PSX card, is there anything i can do?

for example does one of those cables from PS2 to PC work, or not?

or is there a Software/ Ps2 game "Software thingy" i could use to fix this?

(maybe even a solution to switching discs, i doubt it)
