Hi - If anyone can help I would be greatly appreciative. I have been using DVD Shrink and the any dvd program. I then burned the dvd to a disk. The problem - when I went to watch the Dvd on my home Dvd player the previews were shown perfectly and then when it got to the actual movie it stated that the format was unsupported. I am new at this and I don't know what went wrong. Thank you in advance for any advice.
My question to you is: What program did you use to burn the movie? If you used Nero, then, not all DVD players will be compatible. I've tried my burnt discs on a lot of DVD players and my "research", if you could call it that, is that Nero-burnt discs play in a)Newer DVD players, b)about 80% of DVD players, and c)DVD players that specifically state they play DVD+/-R/Ws and DVD-R DLs. But, if you used DVD Decrypter, then it SHOULD play in all DVD players. At least, I haven't found a disc or player that won't play completely. Try using DVD Decrypter as the burner and see where that leads you. DVD Decrypter can be found here: http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/ Post back any problems you have.
