i was just putting in a game, had the tray open, and i accidentally bumped the front of the tray making it close. well, it tried to close, but it hit someting after just a couple inches and opened back up. i thought it was the disc not in all the way, so i took the disc out and pressed eject/close to shut the tray, and it still hit something. and the eject light stays flashing the whole time, even whenb it's open. so, i have a fliptop, and i opened the fliptop to look and this is strange. as the tray is closing, the assembly that has the laser and the spinning "wheel" thing the disc sits on, rises up, and the tray is hitting that black wheel thing. tried several times turning on/off the power with the tray open, and tried manually pushing the tray shut, but the laser assembly always rises up. i'm guessing the laser thing normally is supposed to rise up, but not until the tray has closed a certain amount, so that the wheel thing goes into the discs's hole and lifts the disc up. since it's a mechanical process i dunno what happened ot make it mess up. i barely bumped the tray. and i dunno how to fix it. any ideas?
