I get this message on Shrink "Invalid DVD navigation structure", and using decrypter it just doesn't go beyond 0%

Are youn using AnyDVD in conjunction with DVD Shrink? Or some other updated decrypter?

the AnyDVD i have is v.5.3.2.1 and decrypter is v.3.5.4.0

Use DVDFAB decrypter then shrink. Don't buy Any DVD mainly because it isn't that great.

It is great. The best, most frequently updated decrypter available. If you already have it, upgrade...

i already tried favdecrypter but nothing, i tried upgrading my AnyDVD but more cash? hell no

If you have a Legal copy of AnyDVD, upgrades are free for life. If you have an illegal copy, you're up the well known creek with out a paddle....

I had initial problems backing up freedonland. Shrink and decrypter couldn't do it. I took the advice of the senior members and used DeFab Decrypter first, then shrink, and burnt with Nero just fine.

I'm using the latest version of DVD FAB DECRYPTER v 2980 and I can't get it to run with out locking up on at least 3 sections. VTS 2, VTS 3, VTS 11. Also tried AnyDVD v 6011 with Nero RECODE v 7 and DVD Shrink. LOCKS UP
get this message "FAILURE TO READ- CYCLIC REDUNDANCY". ERROR MESSAGE FROM Nero RECODE IS "FAILED TO READ FROM THE FILE - VTS_02_0.VOB
I also cleaned the disc 3 times with rubbing alcohol.
HELP !!
ps when I run DVD FAB DECRYPTER I have AnyDVD shut off.

Update to version 6.0.2.1beta then use anydvd's ripper function to put the movie onto your HDD, tick the box remove unreferenced and blank cells. When finished open nero/shrink to compress, check the movie has came out alright then burn.
you might have a badly authored dvd, exchange it.

Or you can try RipIt4Me, which will do this movie. It incorporates PGCEdit into its program will create a PSL file import it into DVD Decrypter and then rip. FixVTS will cleanup your file and Shrink will compress and burn. Use it in 1click or movie only mode and it is very easy. Here is a guide/examples also the sw you need.

try cleaning the disc with hot soap and water.
this helps because usually my kids get ahold of there dvds before i can make backups of them.
i'm with bilbo65 update your AnyDVD.

Try Reinstalling the program. I had a problem with Decrypter yesterday and I un and reinstalled the program and it worked great.

PROBLEM SOLVED.....SOFTWARE WAS WORKING JUST FINE. i HAD A CORRUPTED MOVIE. GOT A GOOD COPY AND BURNT A BACKUP THAT WORKS PERFECTLY. THANKS GUYS !
