So i have to take a drug test i think soon for a job im tyring to get, I dont remeber the last time I smoked but it was like a monthe ago. But I drank recently and the last time i drank was the night of July 5th. Its now the 12th and its been like 6 days and Im still not sure when I take the test but im sure within 1 to 2 weeks or less im guessing..Im still worried about the Weed showing up and im for sure worried about the alchohol because people tell me weed and alcohol stay in your system for a monthe.

Yeah I read the whole thing, but im still not really getting it because everyone has all these different opinions and ideas. all i want to know is if the weed will be there and will the alchohol be there and what should I do

But how are they doing the drug test?...Like is it gonna be bloodtest or urine?

Not sure im guessing Urine test but who knows, Im just trying to work the consesseion stand at an amusemant park but its a "Drug Free Zone" so i have to take it.

if you're gonna be so paranoid about passing drug tests, then maybe you should stop doing drugs. and alcohol doesnt stay in your system that long. besides, jobs dont do alcohol tests. mainly because alcohol is not an illegal substance, to an extent.

im only 15 i dont even do it that much its just here and there I dont like buy weed or smoke it reguraly.

I work for the railroad and realize that it is not a common practice for most employers to do an alcohol screen, but I've had 5 random tests in the eight years that I've worked there and every screen included a breathalizer test. We have a zero-tolerance policy and are discouraged against using even mouthwash that contains alcohol becuase it will show up on the test. It sounds like overkill, but we are regulated by federal guidelines (FRA).

Alcohol is a water soluable and out of your system completely in 24 hours and can't be detected by screening; pot and most other drugs are fat soluble so they can't be "washed" out of the system despite claims to the contrary. It deposits traces in the body's fat tissue and is traceable for at least 90 days and up to 120 days after taking it.

they got a new drug test out,that can find drugs in your system for up to 3-years as they set ye up like this...
then they take a long probe and stick in ye arse as far will go to get that sample

Yikes! I had to take my pain medication just looking at that photograph. I can't even bend under my desk to get my shoes...I just push them toward me with me cane!

they were making sure you werent drunk on the job. the fact you drink off the job is not their concern. railroad business is dangerous work at times so they cant have people drinking on the job and getting hurt. insurance claims, workman's comp, and all that stuff.

Damn, if they tried a urine screen on me I think it would do one of those mentos/diet coke routines; what a nasty mess that would be!

I dono theirs a lot of people that deal and stuff Im not personally the one buying the drugs and alchohol its just when its presented to me for free why not. But its just a consession stand Job at a amusement park thats "drug free" but i dono if its been a monthe since i last smoked im a little worried.

yeah, yeah. anyway, i think you're alittle high strung about a job at an amusement park. just chill and apply for the job. you're only fifteen so what is the importance of the job. do you have a family to support or something? come on man, get a grip.

Smoking pot & drinking at 15? Christ almighty, I didn't smoke a cigarette until I was 26! You need to get a job & get a life. Smoking & drinking at that age is just ridiculous, the damage you are doing to your body (especially as it is still growing) is phenomenal.
