Hey,
I looked at the forum how to fix the ISO game Daxter and followed it, but then I end up with a 2.8 gigabyte file after using UMDgen 2.00 :S
and no one explains how this comes or how to fix this so plz help me out.
I looked at this tread for example http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2/361091

but what are all known bugs in this game, and how can you fix them?

Quote: This has happened to alot of people.
Just use VCDROMx instead of UMDGen, check my guide:
http://eternal-psp.a22.biz/index.php?option=com_content&task=view...
Just use this link and then replace them all
But does anyone know how you can turn the Daxter ISO into a CSO or DAX file?
because when I do that then the game doenst load up anymore and my PSP freezes.

You use ciso converter to turn it into a .cso file and dax creator to turn it into a .dax file. cso works with devhook and dax works with daxziso.

I used Ciso Utility
but when I load the CSO or DAX, (and it is onley Daxter not with an other game) then the PSP crashes when it loads up the game.
so anyone?

UMD emulator and then mphgameloader
and when I emulate it with the UMD emulater and the UMD disc is about to appear (in system home screen) then it crashes
I also tried Devhook but when devhook is about to start the game then the screen becomes black and remains that way

Right then, as I said before .dax files only work with daxziso and .cso files only work with devhook, so you can't use these formats for the umdemulator/mphgameloader method, only .iso files.
We'll give it a blast with devhook. Which version of devhook do you have???

Currently Devhook 0.44 and before that I used Devhook with 2.6 firmware.

Ok. You said you had 0.44 but nvm. I think you are experiencing this problem because you swapped the prxs. You did need to do this for the umdemulator/mphgameloader method but not for the version of devhook that you have as it emulates the 2.6 firmware I don't suppose you kept a copy of the ISO before the prx swap???
