I recently bought TDK before reading about reviews here. And when I found out that it was the dreaded TTG02 I thought I had wasted my money. But even so I still burned a backup onto it and used Nero CD-DVD Speed. Here are the results:

The quality score looks good but will the PI errors mess it up?

The PI errors shouldn'r mess your discs. I just worry about the 95% quality score. Verbatim's usally score 97-98%. Just a thought.

It's not the best, your PI errors are way to high, use better media like Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden.

Like AlBundy said the PI errors wont make your disc unreadable, but is still advisable to change your media.

What speed did you burn at? and what is the discs max burn speed?

or are these test taken too seriously

That massive jump at the 3GB mark could be caused by dirt/dust/scratch on the disc, or the computer being knocked.

That is still a good scan :)

EDIT: Firmware for your drive, I believe is now at 1.20
